I was born and raised in Louisiana, so you would think i would be an LSU fan. However my family is from Alabama and i was raised a Tide fan. Lets just say that Saturday's game came with alot of heated arguements with the in laws, alot of screaming at the tv, and a lot of disappointment. The game came down to essentially a tie, but shouldn't have. The tide got into a scoring position entirely too many times without scoring. All in all it was a good game and the Defense did awesome. Still I would have much prefered a win.
All I can say (as someone who lives in Oklahoma) is that it is a good time to be a college football fan here.
OSU is ranked the highest they have ever been, and as a one-loss team, OU isn't entirely without hope.
You guys glum after watching the bore-to-death bowl cheer up - OSU still has to get by OU on December 3rd to stay unbeaten. Now, that is going to be a fun game to watch. Then it just comes down to a matter of who is the best 1-loss team (assuming Stanford loses - come on Oregon!)
