Just as I was finishing the Vega Colony Tutorial Mission and beaming back to my ship, the game crashed.

When I reloaded the game I found my ship in orbit around the ESD.

I never got credit for finishing the Tutorial Mission. It's still on my Mission List and the last required action (Return to Ship) doesn't have the check next to it.

I've tried going in and out of ESD and also jumping to Sector Space, but nothing seems to effect this problem.

The Mission List UI won't let me Drop the mission either.

Any suggestions short of deleting the toon and starting all over again?

Is there a way to get back to the Vega Colony in the game. (I've never looked for it before now)

Forgot to add that I submitted a GM Ticket. (but haven't heard anything back yet.)
