Has anyone else seen the 'Crazy White Squares' floating over NPC vendors in ESD?

So far I've only found them over two vendors. I suspected it was some graphical artifact. Probably my build, hopefully not the pushed build. (I hope mine isn't corrupt!)

P.S. The new text in ESD on the walls is rather....un-Trek. Please rectify this asap. The farther we move away from trek, the sooner I stop spending money and playing this game. I hope thats clear enough feedback. Thanks.

Apparently I'm not the only person seeing thsi issue. A crowd gathered around me as I was typing the original post, when I got back to them they were all asking 'Whats up with the white squares?'
