In the past two days I have had numerous crashes. It could be when loading or during missions. Tribble did not used to be this problematic before as far as I can remember. I bug reported what was happening at each crash.

I spent about 6 hours on tribble last night and must have been disconnected 30 times. Ok, at least 20 for sure.

I had lots of crashes until I did a force verify on my client (under options) ... redownloaded practically the whole thing ... and turned off patch on demand.

I would not say it is unstable but at times when I change maps or more often, when I beam in at Sol, the progress meter stops at 95. I cannot get in for 30 minutes to 1 hour when it happens, but someone suggested in a forum post that I minimize the game the next time it happens, wait 30 seconds or so and maximize. Then I should see some prompt telling me to "hit any key" and I should do just that.

I think I did this once and it worked but I thought it was a one-time fix or a coincidence. The next time I get stuck I will try it.

BTW there is a reason Tribble is for testing

And ON DEMAND PATCHING IS screwing things up royally...

Disable the thing and it should improve yer game-play.

I've had no problems with Tribble crashing for the past 2 days, guess I'm just lucky.

This BUG is a really weird one...

Have seen several posts with this problem.

Somebody suggested that ya spend one of yer Respects to clear it...

But if you are stuck on Tier One then I haven't got a clue.

You could try reloading the game with ON DEMAND PATCHING disabled and see if that helps...

I'm not sure if it will, but its worth a shot.
