Slow patching in the launcher
A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
EDIT: This is indeed a bug. Some deflector arrys didn't have their dilithium cost removed like everything else.
Also, requiring this many materials for items is still fleecing us. The cost is about the same for Mk XI items. Cryptic, please stop insulting our intelligence.
