Well I don't know, but my opinion is that it is definitely far from ready. The skill tree needs much more work and hasn't gotten anything. The BOFF powers need a major pass because many of them have significant difference from their Holodeck versions, despite similar skill investments, and none of them match up to what we were told. There are a number of miscellaneous issues as well.
But, unfortunately, I don't think waiting longer is something they are going to do. The skill tree alone could use another month of reorganization and testing.
