True, they do.

I think Militis has a good point though.
As devastating as ACB sounds with a Tac, its gonna be worse with a Sci boat.

That's assuming it is actually such a powerful debuff. The tool tips are notoriously vague so without seeing for myself what AF3 does to hull resistance I'm reluctant to call it broken just yet.

Some preliminary testing leads me to believe the skill is working as the tooltip says making it pretty great.

To the people saying science ships will rule with it remember is -X00 all ENERGY damage resistance. Meaning no gravity well bonus as GW is kinetic damage.

Charged particle burst and photonic shockwave are going to get a boost but are no where near the damage of GW.

Escort with this is still the best thing you can fly and thats klingons only at the moment.

Depending on how well the lower levels of AB scale the Vo’Quv may be able to make good use of the still has well

I’ll be testing out AB 1-2 to see if it warrants a slot on my Carrier.

If its damage de-buff is that good it will greatly help out the DPS of my BOP and my Disruptor Beams

Bops / everyone can use it well in a build
BoPs, Assault Cruisers, Dreadnaught Cruisers, Federation Cruisers, Battle Cruisers, Advanced Research Vessel retrofit and the D'kyr can all use energy weapons and this power.

Confirmed in TTS chat that aceton beam ain't working as intended and the fix should be in ASAP.

As an aside, some numbers that I tested to give an idea:
One single MkX Disruptor DHC (tested on an unbuffed borg cube +4) went from ~1400 bamage per bolt to ~4500 per bolt with crits of over 10500 per bolt.
Imagine with antiproton CrtDx3...
