I thought that the deflector stats will be multiplied by 3 according to this post. I can see that the consoles have been modified, but the deflector hasn't?

I don't think that post means what you think it means.

Insert Paradox above. Better question, has there been any numerical changes to the deflector since the skill revamp when it was up to +33 max? Because right now, this is considered as a nerf to all science abilities depending on which deflector you use.
