At least for me, I cannot reclaim the nebula T-5 and both the Excelsior and Nebula T-3 are not available to me (despite purchasing the T-5 versions before F2P).

The T-3 Excelsior has a transwarp console.

"Legacy" tab has it all for me, but strangely they also show up for buying again. That's cunfusing!

The cstore has been broken since I don't know when, hence why ships show up as unbought even though they have been.
