A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
I just purchased the new Intrepid and Defiant from the C-store and to my disappointment I can't choose new windows for them. The default windows they come with are the only ones I can equip. Any time I try and select a new window it reverts back to the default or in the case of the Defiant I have no choice at all.
