A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
i remember when i tested it on Tribble ages ago, when the green Shield popped that my shields always went full up again. (like 3 times in one PvP match)
That was on an Escort and on a Cruiser.
Now that i have the Borg Set on Holodeck it looks like the Shields don't fill up at all any longer.
i see the green shields popping but it doesn't heal anything that i could see a difference.
has this been nerfed at some point or am i just going nuts?
