We are investigating a bug where some Gold Members may not have received their additional character slot -- details here (Will be fixed ASAP!).

And yes Ive changed proxy already, i have no lag anywhere in the game.

Verified gamefiles. It happened since S5...

Please fix its kinda frustrating having to end the whole process and restart STO for it.
