I think it's safe to say it's directed more towards Christmas. If you look at the various odds and ends you get from the winter boxes, some of the crafty bits are things like ornaments and bulbs which generally go on a Christmas tree, kinda hard to picture them on that 8 candle thing they use for Hanukkah.

My Santa-Q got me the "STAR TREK VAULT" Book and the Fourth Season of "The Big Bang Theory" for Xmas...

It's called a "Menorah", and it technically has either 7 or 9 candles, depending on whether it is in a temple or a home. (The 9-candle variant is sometimes called a "Hanukiah").
