YES, You missed out. If you were a LTS and did not login after you hit your 500 day anniversary you have missed out on the 250 emblems that they gave out and then took away from the Veterans rewards. The only way you got these rewards were if you have logged in before they changed them, since you didn't you have lost out on about 80,000 Dilithium.... Per character....

My sister had this happen with a few of her characters, but since she didn't log in with them Cryptic did not give here the Dilithium.....

if you've only logged in via the web page and not the game recently it wont show your characters in relation to the store... it does that a lot to me with Champions Online even though i have a lifetime sub there too.

once you've logged into the game properly that'll change. i think once you've not logged in for a couple of months it flags the account as "inactive" in relation to the store's web interface.
