I know the two tailors in the game are at spacedock and the academy. Do you need to be near a tailor to change into Off Duty Clothes and also I have 2 empty slots for clothes and it wont let me create anything there...Can someone please help me out?

To change into clothes, simply, right click your portrait and then go change outfit

You can change your outfit by right-clicking on your picture in the upper left corner of the screen no matter where you are (as long as you are on the ground, it doesn't work in space).

As for your two empty slots, I think there is a create button at the bottom of the screen. Click the slot and choose create. Although one of those slots might only unlock when you join a fleet.

You can change outfits anytime by right clicking on your face pic at the top of the screen.

One of those free slots only unlocks when you are a a member of a fleet. I'm not sure about the other one.

Great thanks!! Also I am having an issue where my "armor" will never show on my char anymore. I did the tailor thing once and it screwed it up for good!

Go to the character screen (press U) and right click on the armor. You can show or hide it from your character.
