***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally

Does anyone know if the Emitter Array consoles boost abilities like Emergency Power to Shields and Transfer Shield Strength?

That console improves Starship Shield Emitters which improved shield healing abilities. It does improved Emergency Power to Shields but only the shield healing component. The power aspects of EPtS is improved by the Starship Elector-Plasma Skills.

Transfer Shield Strength is boosted.

If you select a personal or bridge officer power in the skill window, it will highlight the skills which contribute to it. It is a very useful tool.
