Depends on what they have as a DOff pasive ability. Some you can stack multiples (like the Torp CD buff) other you can't.

Is it one of those uber-rare one that is only gotten through buying the DOff packages from the Cstore?

Oh. Interesting. 100 shots really isn't much. Nor 1000.
To improve chances, Dual Cannons instead of Heavies may be useful?

If there is no cooldown included in that power, I'd file that under "needs adjustment".

I think we need a list of all those DOFF specials and evaluate them. But I can't do that without logging in, which I'll for now only do when TOR is on its scheduled maintenance. If at all.

I did notice that the {Shield Distribution Officer Chance to partially regenerate your shields while taking damage after Brace for Impact is used} ability will proc without the "taking damage" requirement being first fulfilled.
Everytime like clockwork.

Imma stack a couple of these tonight. I think I have 2 of the green ones, I'll try to get another. But I love the torp cooldown one. I notice it a lot.

I slapped 1 blue and two greens on my build and it worked as previuosly stated in this thread, everytime I used BFI.

It's considered to be 'balanced' due to the fact that it's hyper-rare. However, Heretic did say that it would be looked at if it proves to be out of line (which, imo, it inherently is).

If anything it should randomly remove 25% of buffs you have active
