How do you get Veteran BOffs?

You had to be in the 1% that lost a lot of money in dilithium change over. Also the boff's are broken so you are not missing anything.

Veteran BOFFs were a 1-time offer for customers who was around for the conversion to F2P, where those who had enough badges, marks, and emblems that were converted to Dilithium Ore, got a free Veteran BOFF as a "thank you".

Can't remember if they were bound or not, so if they aren't you might want to check the exchange.

The Boff is bound so won't be on the exchange.
