***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
  • Some characters were stuck in a loading screen with a "Server Not Responding" message

Hi
I have made an accoun and activate subscription but game do not want to pass loading screen
it was working fine yesterday but today it just stops on loading screen after it change to new loading.

I keep getting this as well - game hanging at Fedaration badge loading screen then eventually crash out.

I am havig the same problem. Loaded fine yesterday but now it hangs on the loading screen, and eventaully times out.
