# 1 60 day Game Card issues

Hello i am a returning player with the recent activation i decided i am interested enough to grab 2 60 day game cards for me and my friend. The game cards came in sealed boxes so there was no issue of tampering. Upon trying to enter them today in the game card section while trying to active our subscription we receiving a product not found error?

UPDATE : right now while trying to replicate the issue the option to add game cards is gone. What is the deal here? I paid good money for the 2 cards and would really love some assistance since we love the game and we would like to keep our gold member status.
