So after downloading the client to my newly reformatted computer I can't even make it past entering the username and password.
Instead, when I click "submit", the client just crashes. I've tried reinstalling the client, re-downloading the client and trying to install that only to be held up by this error.
I've submitted tickets and have yet to be answered on them.
Figured maybe someone here would know what the issue is.
post a dxdiag report on your system over several posts if needed so people have any idea what they working with.
also any error messages or entries of interest in the crash, error and shutdown logs located in the cryptic studios folder and in the /live/logs/gameclient folder,
Problem solved....Teamviewer was the problem, had to disable the quickstart-option for the star trek online.exe...found it in one other thread of you PegasusMD...
