UPDATE!We're aware of a Skill Points issue that some Romulan Liberated Borg captains may be experiencing, as well as players not being able to delete mail, and are working towards a resolution.

Is the purchasable EC upgrade for silver accounts your "something new every week" for this week?
The F2P early access was available on Jan 5, so that wasn't anything new. And nothing to my knowledge happened last week. I'm just curious to know if you are still targeting this as your goal.
Kobayashi, the "something new every week" goal doesn't start until the 2nd Anniversary. The source you are quoting is an addendum post in a forum thread regarding a blog entry which contains the full information you're asking about:
All told, it’s my goal to have something new in the game nearly every week starting with the second anniversary event and running through the end of April.
