i've tried to make a trill character 3 times so far and i've been getting this error. i've read all the previous posts and used default costume and i still get the error.
nevermind. i got it to work. i think you get the error if you enter stuff in the optional names/biography at the end
Youre probably using restricted names or words in the name or bio. Unlike Champions, Star Trek Online doesn't really warn you in a useful way that this is the cause.
