Ports 80, 443, 563, and 56065. The downloader acts as a limited P2P client, so no websites are accessed--the entire download of the client is peer-to-peer. Also, that website will give you some more information about how Pando works.
Yeah unfortunately i cant get on the pando networks because im at a school but im working with the technology director (who is my advisor lol) to work on opening ports
the game itself uses port tcp 7000-7500 and port 7255 is the port used for patching so while you are working to get ports open besure these are open also.
