Still happens on my rig with a GTX460 at 1680/1050 cranked.

The funny part is, my game looked just like that when I put the game in DX11 mode..<_<

i bug reported this NPC several times...

it is obvious that the cloth have no texture.

they are running around on DS9 everywhere.

but OP... mmmh... bad screenshot!
to me it looks like that NPC has teeth,
i can not look through the skull O_o (i've seen that effect before, but this does not look like it)

The NPC in question looks that bad.
Max settings still look like crap if you're running them on junk hardware that can't handle them.

My laptop is a $600 P.O.S. from Best Buy and my graphics still look better than that.

dun dun dunnnnnnnnnn dramatic marmot looks back at you!!!! Might be time to upgrade ze processor and graphics card .

Edit: If it is is a bug, Cryptic needs to fix it pronto. That's just super odd, though I never noticed it before.

Perhaps the OP was checking out teeth.
You sound like an elder scrolls modder. Regarding why the OP was checking out his teeth, maybe he's a dentist or a dentist-in-training

i think the ops saying those arent teeth, its actually the hair texture. [and the ay the "teeth" are shaped, it does lend one ot believe that it is the hair.]

And yet other people in this thread have confirmed that even on awesome hardware, this NPC looks like garbage.

But okay, your computer is leeter than mine - GJ
