Well its been a while since i played STO the last time about 4 months or so. Now i m wondering what contributes to Target Subsystems. Back in the day you could see that 2 Science Skills had to be skilled into in order to give it a good effect. Now tactical officers in the skill tree show only 2 space attributes Omega and Tactical Team. Is there anything where i should spec into for Target Subsystems ?

Kinda playing around with a few of my toons after being overwhelmed with Dillitium i have / had alot cryptic points to spend on fun builds. I guess pay to win is now play to win ?

But any advise on the subsystem targeting is appreciated.

flow capacitors and the last one in sci on the top not decompliers but the other one

please be careful when selecting to run a target subsystems at this time.

in my testing it is far less effective than it was before the patch due to changes in console and equipment values as well as skill tree changes. at one point i was able to run target shields3 and knock a target out regularly, this is no longer the case.... fully max'd and consoled in the mvae i can only get about 80-90 drain from a target depending on their skill tree and how many eps consoles they are tunning.

U wish. Its around 60-70 fully specced. Flow capacitors(tier 1) for magnitude of drain,and decompilers (tier 5) for duration.

Target subsystems is glorious, especially on my klink and fed shield strippers.

coulda swore i hit high 80's, but i will defer to your testing.

I use it on my main, who has really strange numbers in most powers (like basic DEM1 +60, while on my engi is +23, lulz), so I might have wrong information. For certain, I KNOW, before S5, I could up it to -90+

My btss3 has 63 drain. Full spec with flow capacitor @ 9. No consolle. Mvam.
