How? The Borg were made more difficult for the Elite STFs and in return gear that helps to deal with them was made available. Now that the Borg are at there level they likely won't be touched again yet you want more powerful weapons which will effectively make the game easier. And yet the problem persists that the only difficulty in these STFs is co ordination and as you mentioned in another thread it can't be forced.
The only difference we have is the solution; I feel that it should be left as is and if they really want the reward they'll adapt and overcome. If they don't then they'll ask for more powerful weapons to make up for the inability to work well with others.
