A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
Can we move the center point of the ship down on the screen a little bit? It seems to be sitting almost an entire ship high. When I zoom out she is almost at mid screen compared to almost every ship that drops to the lower third.
