Just got off an Infected run, midway through the mission I stopped dealing damage completely. Both ranged weapon and melee, now before people assume. Yes, I was using a modulator, so this wasn't the issue. When I relogged the issue vanished and I was able to deal damage again. Wondering if it was just isolated or if this has happened to other people. My pets were still dealing damage as did my Orbital Strike, just not me.
