i just bought 2k points and keys from them...
i turned over alot of points to Dilithium, but now the problem....
Dilithium Exchange Crashed = Points spend but no Dilithium obtained.
and these boxes.... holy i spend 25$ real life money on them and got.... a Dilithium Horta Pet, a Sehlat Cub Dog and some crap Materials ??
does Cryptic now Turn into one of these Korean Microtransaction scam games where u spend 10k $ to get a crappy Cardassian Ship??

Your Dilithium isnt lost btw... just stuck... you will get it back.
