***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally

Its something they should have expected and anticipated and planned for and made the adjustments to 'deal' with it on a scale 3x what was expected, when you make such a large change to a game its a must.

Well, you are correct, as the original message only mentions a downtime. Still, I am currently downloading a new patch...
