Well, if you put your cursor over the depart sector during a mission, it will say abort mission. I have aborted a mission just to leave the sector, and come right back into it. It lines everything back up, because if I don't do that, I'll be looking for something in space that is like finding a needle in a haystack. but, what else is happening to make you lose missions?
