solid layout sir.

i also enjoy the nebula's ability to go fairly offensive at the swap of that uni boff slot....i must have 30 boffs on each toon, and swap fairly regularly depending on what i see...especially while pugging it.

sidenote/question:

with the crappy return we are getting on target subsys right now, i have my sci ships going 3 torps fore, 1 array 2 mines aft. have you experimented with this? your strip/hold combo there is quite strong with gravwell, cpb, and ewp... i just think with that combo maybe even more kinetic may be great.

now if i could only stand to look at that nebula i might fly mine more....to me its god awefully ugly.

i did actually try the 3 torps in front but it just felt wrong to me not to have a beam in front. i think all the shield strip-stop powers i use with a nice target engine or shields (true they dont knock out the subsystem but less power for them is always good)

before the shockwave console i actually used to use rapid fire transphasic torps to great effect. i miss them

copy, i was actually using chronitons to slow...no counter to that proc i dont think...you loose out of the bursty quants, or rapidly firing photons... but more than make up for it when you chron proc someone in a gravwell3. after that i just needed an escort to keep a facing down for a sec or 2...

sometimes it worked well, sometimes not....just like anything in the game i guess.

have fun kill bad guys

First off, thanks for the builds Matteo. The other thread where I first asked for your recon build got kind of off track, so I figured I'd thank ya here. Once I get my sci respecd, I'd love to take you up on your offer to fine tune it :-)

Couple of questions:

Do chroniton mines and torps share a cd?

As far as the best ship in a premade goes, would you go recon or intrepid?
