... sure, there were always minor issues. Sometimes, annoying ones but generally, as a whole, things weren't too bad. NOTHING happened where I had to actually post something on the Forums (except for doing stuff in Tribble).
But now ...
I've had 5,000 C-points go missing - no response to ticket, forum post and email
I still don't have my Transwarap to DS9 ability - no response to 2 x tickets and forum posts
I still can't get my listings of DOFFs in exchange to show - no response to ticket and forum posts
Dilithium Exchange is a JOKE! - artificial price fixing and fixed sale levels (ever seen it fluctuate from its 200 mark?)
Video card issues causing driver crashes ... no, it's not the video card or the drivers. It's STO client.
The issues themselves are not really the problem. It's the lack of response. I confess, I DID get a response to my first ticket I put in about my Transwarp issue ... it was, and I quote, "--" Seriously? 2 dashes constitutes an answer?
