A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
Tested this in Kerrat last night. I was in a def-R, and tested 1 on 1 with Excel-R. My bonus def was 68.5%, and I added Attack Pattern Omega1 during the test. Went a couple of rounds, and each time, FAW hit every single shot. After the buff ran out, some shots began missing as usual. Is this intended?

It doesnt have 100% accuracy vs mobs as the plasma spheres on the borg DSE's i miss quite a bit even with Fire at will 3 same with high yield torpedo's from borg cubes.
The Excel-R may not be spec'd in any evasive skills. It could also be that the animations for "misses" isn't built in to FAW. I'm not sure as I haven't paid that much attention to it.

I thought about this, so I was looking at the red numbers scrolling above my ship. Didn't see any "miss" numbers.

I think the targetable torpedos work differently from the standard accuracy/defensive bonus calculation. I recall them being changed to a flat 75% chance to miss.
Plus, this appears to be a recent change, possibly with just the latest patch. I think FAW seemed to be working properly just a few weeks ago.
I'd check the evasive skills of the Excel-R. It may have none. And the Def-R may have maxed out accuracy.
It was the other way around. I was in the def-R getting shot at. I have evasive/defensive skill up to rank 6. My speed was 24.7. Checking my stats, it said my defense bonus was 68.5%, and then I added APO on top of that when we started the test.

Then it could be a bug.
Another thing to check out are the DOff bonuses, Any of them stand out as effecting this?
