I haven't seen it since I reached Vice Admiral (two weeks ago).

The only dailies available to me are The Big Dig, Arena, Exploration and B'Tran cluster.

Last I checked, War Zone Dailies was on a rotation with other PvP dailies such as Cap and Hold and Arena.

And in the past, It was not uncommon not to see them for weeks.
