So I have been getting this lag only started last night, I did the tests and will provide the information below:

Your upload speeds are only a fraction of your download speeds... This is a common characteristic of ADSL (aka DSL) connections.... A Wireless Router at your end could also create the same results. (If this is the case, try a wired connection to your router and see if it improves the results...) A ISP that is throttling upload bandwidth (to discourage Bit-Torrent use) can also create these symptoms.
