HI, i'm having connection problem's, to the game server.
I have downloaded the latest patch, and can get to the character select screen.
But when I connect to the game server, I get "server not responding".
And when i'm finally in-game, the latency is high according too netgraph 1, from 1000ms to around 5000ms+, with rubberbanding.

It's weird because when I ping or tracert the server, I get around 260ms-290ms to the patch server,
and also 450ms-550ms to game server.

I'm on broadband, please can I get help?

Where in the world are you physically? We've been receiving data on an issue very much like this from players from Australia for example where their typically latency ranges over 200ms.

I'm in Central Visayas, Philippines. I managed to play last night, with ping of 350ms-450ms,
which is about right. I played last year on DSL, without too much trouble,
before Star Trek Online went free to play.
I'm now on Cable.

Are you by chance on a wireless connection?

Lately when I run into the "server not responding" error, a quick reset of my wireless router takes care of it.
