Are there any GM's in thsi game any more or do they work on a if i ignore you the problem goes away.
I raised a ticket over a week ago and still no reply to it i know the game is now f2p but come on a little in game help would be nice but 7 days is that the norm now??????.

No doubt... I've had a problem for about a month now that has not been dealt with concerning flaming/trolling within Foundry Reviews. If it happened in the forums you'd get hit immediately with something but if its in the game itself you'll almost never get any resolution on the issue.

This topic I think belongs in the community feedback area, your not going to get a response in this are the programmers and Moderators already said that they seldom ever respond in this area, here is the link. As for your issue(s), please understand that currently Cryptic is making a transfer to PWE. This takes time, a LOOOOOOOOOOOONG time. Nothing in the software world is instant, NOTHING. So I ask that you remain patient with this and I'm sorry that you guys are experiencing these issues. I can only hope that they're dealt with soon.
