Its not 'correctly reads'. This makes it sound as if you guys had only goofed on the text of the bonus when in reality the breen set did boost 30% of all kinetic damage types.

That aside, I hope work is being done on the transphasics themselves. 30% to kinetic or 30% to transphasic damage is the same thing and does not improve the torpedo one bit nor does it make the breen set to be of any use (its now paired to a useless torpedo).

KINDLY change that bonus to be +30% shield penetration bonus to transphasic torpedoes. THAT would fix the torpedo and make the set incredibly useful.

huh? No longer get the 10x the damage they should've been given . Is there a semantics/grammar teacher in the house? This makes no sense.

For the sake of simple numbers, let's say they were supposed to be given a damage of 10, but they were accidentally given a damage of 100. Now they've changed it to the intended 10. It no longer gets 10 times the damage it should have been given.
