Ok I have submitted multiple tickets, even email directly here (customerservice@perfectworld.com) since I saw a thread that mention to email directly if you don't see your tickets.
For a week now I have not been able to buy C-Points. Last time I was able to was 2/29. All I get is error and to contact customer support.
Why would it take a week and still counting to get any reply.
Is there a phone number I can call to contact them?
