has any one els notice all there stuff gone
loged in to day to find my acc at bank. not were i left it .
my ship was striped clean.all the suff out of fleet bank took out. all my ships wepons borg ign shild all gone

Submit a GM ticket entitled HACKED, and provide details there. They can restore the account

fleet bank show me pulling stuff out of it .when i have not been on in 2 days .
its been empty out to and im a lifer from days of cloased bata so i hade lots of stuff and cridets

There has to be a way to track it. The stuff had to go somewhere; there has to be a trail.

i seen a post were there rolling back acc for this . but what about the stuff . that was taken from fleet bank . fleet verry angery

It would be nice if Cryptic followed Trion's example of a code lock system that activates if your account is accessed by an unrecognized IP address. It then removes the means by which an intruder can ruin your character(s).

Except for those of us who have things like RoadRunner in the United States where they randomly change our IP address that would just screw us big time.
