I was trying to start the misson "Secure Federation Trade Routes to Frontline". This mission requires one officer from the security section, and shows as "success" Security Officer. Although i have four green Security Officers which show up in the doff list and are available (neither on a mission nor on active duty), they are simply not available for the mission. They are neither recommended nor can I access them by showing the roster. However, I can see them when I leave mission assignment.

Any insights on that?
