I experienced the same thing. I bought it from the C-Store on the web where is clearly stated that the package would unlock for every character.

However, it did not and in the end Cryptic refunded the C-Store points used for the purchase.

Will I spend more C-Store points for those Doffs?

Nope. Not for each individual toon I will not. This is a sad road to go down, if every time we want to buy an item that is useful and buy it for each character then it becomes a waste of money. :

I am a Lifetime Member, have every ship in the game though only two of the Galors which I wish I could get a third for a science toon I still enjoy the game.

But there are limits so if Cryptic continues the practice of allowing only one item unlock per character and not account wide this will result in fewer purchases.

I did get to keep the ones I did purchase, but will I purchase additional Gamma Doffs from the C-Store?

Nope. Not going to happen until they go back to the account wide unlock.

The Doff packs have never been account wide unlock. The only thing you can get in the C-Store that has a Doff pack and is account wide is the DS9 pack. also the way i buy the Doff packs is to trade Dil for CP. and buy the CP when i want the big stuff like the new flagships that came out.
