Tactical Oddessy comes with a deployable escort.

Engineering Oddessy comes with Saucer Seperation.

You purchased the wrong ship.

These are the Forums for the Community and while the developers look in here from time to time they rarely give you a direct response. I don't know if you can get them to reverse it and swap ships for you, as this information is clearly available on the C-Store where you purchase this. Although I do appreciate the fact that English may not be your first language.

Note that even if you purchased the Operational Odyssey to obtain the Chevron Seperation console and put it into the Tactical Odyssey you have, you could not use both at the same time. As long as you have the chevron seperated, the Aquarius escort cannot be launched, and vice versa.

This is why you should always read a ship in detail before buying it, to make sure you know what you are purchasing. I wish you luck in getting your ship switched out, but given the amount of info released on the forums and the news posts, I can't say I'd be confident in them doing so (just think about all the people who brought the Science version who will claim they want to switch to a different version if / when SA is changed on that ship).

If they remove SA from the Sci version, people dont need to get Cryptic to change them as you can easilly claim that money back from the CC company as product 'not sold as seen'

Or even 'not fit for its purpose' Cryptic wouldnt have a leg to stand on their,

"I don't want to pay for those cryptic points because I exchanged those points for the wrong thing"?

Somehow, I don't think that will fly.

Your Real Money buys proprietary virtual tokens. Are you saying that the tokens are defective and cannot be exchanged for other virtual goods?

I believe Gym Quirk to be correct.

As a player, you don't purchase items from the C-Store, you purchase C-Points (or rather, Zen, which is then converted into C-Points). Whatever you choose to buy with your C-Points then has nothing to do with your actual money. That purchase was fulfilled the second you converted your Zen to C-Points.

There is still a chance that you'll be able to swap ships; if you make a request to Cryptic. It's not like they'd lose out on anything. They still get their 2000 points worth of credit.
