Hi all,

Came back after a long time and just wanted to see if this build makes sense.

Its a pure hold build (PVE)

sorta, though not liking all the maxxed out skills, the law of diminishing returns and the rule of over-specialization might hurt... If you haven't noticed, the last 3 (red) boxes only give 15 skill points, which, at the end of the day, isn't as big of a benefit as putting those same XP into 3 levels of a fairly useful but (in the current build) unselected skill (54 skill points)...

For example, do you really need maxxed guns/torps? By taking 3 ranks off each of those powers, and putting them into Impulse Thrusters and Hull Repair, you trade a hair of weapons damages to improve your turn rate and give you a slight hull buff. Being Sci ships are the weakest hulls in the game, and you could use the turn rate to help line up your limited arc Sci powers. Also, this keeps the overall skill spend the same. Conventional wisdom tells me that, as a Sci, most of your DPS comes from powers, and I've seen this with my RA-UH Sci. main...
