i was wondering if poeple could help get set up for a pvp escort retrofit v escort retrofit

My ship,

3 x DHC AP Xi acc dmgx2
Quantum Xii (common)

3 x AP turrets Xi (rare)

science console Field Generator x2 ( yeah i know thie will be nerfed soon)
Tactical console Antiproton 24/26% 4 consoles
Eng console cloak and RCS thrusters x2

Boffs skils are:-

Tact team x 2
EPS
Reverse Shield Polarity
Attack Omega

Sci Team
Hazard team
Cannon rapid
Cannon Spread
Torp Spread
High Yield torp

As a tac capt what should be my skills as i seem to of overlooked this area.

What am i missing and how can i improve, any tips would really be appreciated to a newbie trying to get into this brutal art form...
