Even though I had made my own thread I will join in on this one as well. I have tried everything I can think of. Ticket submitted and even tried everthing crytpic suggested. I cant get into the game at all.

The more people who helps out with us cryptic guys the more PW will listen I am a Paying Customer and I don't like this one bit. Thanks for posting and... Have a nice night ok? even through this launcher won't work lol

Its a new year but im having the same problem as everyone else you think by now they would have answers as to why this happens or a list of possibles i cant even get past the auto launcher it says tryd 2 times

I seem to have a similar problem, its been a while but even freshly downloading the game from steam when I try ti launch it says a 'file is locked and cannot be opened to writing'

The link to the launcher that thread is always the latest as that .exe is updated anytime we update the launcher. Try using that
