This is what i've been playing around with lately, it ""kinda"" works with 2 photonic studdies theorist.

Run 25 60 25 90 aux with 3 photon torpedoes (sometimes quantum and chroniton), 2 photon torpedoes, and beamarray.
2 armors
shield console - shockwave torp - borg console - particle generator/flux caps
3 generic torpedo consoles.

It looks like it's a shield stripper combo. Do you find Photonic officer worthwhile? I remember trying it awhile back. I wasn't a huge fan of it and found the cooldown to be somewhat long.

Have you thought about running a Deflector Officer Doff and dropping Photonic Officer 3? That particular Doff has just a chance to proc cooldown reduction on your Deflector abilities, however, it would free up your Commander Science slot for something better. A purple quality Doff has a 5% chance to set recharge time to 50% of normal recharge time. The proc isn't great I know but that and also Photonic Officer 1 on a Boff may be more beneficial to you. That way you could at least work in CPB3 and Tachyon Beam 3 instead of the lesser versions you currently run.

If you're skilled at planting Trics I think you could do well to fit one fore and aft too. Also, Chronitons, while not being the best at damaging will help you hold your target still while using Tachyon Beam and CPB. There is also a Warp Theorist Doff out there.

If it were me I might consider running a Target Aux 2 or Target Shields 2.

Also, you should definitely consider getting a Tractor Beam Officer Doff for its shield drain.

Well after a couple single PVP "matches" (more like I was in school), I've gotten help in figuring out a hopefully good build.

Currently:


Lieutenant Engineering Station

Can't remember the specifics, but I have CPB 2 and PSW2 and ST2, along with Tractor Repulsor 1 and Polarize Hull 1. Also have Hazard Emitters 2.

Ensign Tactical Station

TT1

Lieutenant Tactical Station

FAW1, APD 1

Consoles

3 Particle Generators X1, 1 Shield Emitter X1

Loadout:

2 Phaser Arrays, 1 Dual Phaser Beam Bank

2 Phaser Turrets, 1 Phaser Beam Array

Went with a build that can strip shields away quickly before unleashed the shockwave while keeping my own *** alive along with my teammates. The weapons loadout was to take advatage of subsystem targeting while have increased chance of the Phaser Procs.

What do you guys think?

I personally can't be exactly certain since you don't remember some of the powers you use. I'd be sure to write down the specifics of your build when you get a chance maybe? Looks like you could be using PSW2 for your commander Science ability? If so you should find someone to train PSW3 for you.
