"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
Slow patching in the launcher
A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
Is anyone able to recommend tactically-superior configurations of cruisers and/or science ships? I've got a Galaxy Dreadnought and a Galaxy Retrofit, and I'd like to outfit them for combat and survivability.
The same with the science ships, except that's for my science char.
All the relevant chars are VADM, so the level of the items is irrelevant.
My tactical Galaxy and Sovereign were of the same configuration (mostly).
weapons (as you like, I had two torps and two phasrs for and aft, dual forward).
RCS Accelerator, EPS flow x2, Neturonium x1
Biofunction monitor, assimilated borg module, saucer sep (quite useful but probably could put a shield amplifier in tehre instead)
Phaser beam relay x2, (zero point chamber in sovereign)
Powers:
Tac = tac team 1, fire at will
tac ens (sovereign) = torpedo spread 1
Eng C = emergency to shields 1, eng team 2, reverse shield polarity, eject warp plasma
eng lt/ltcdr = emergencyto shields 1, direct energy modulation, emergency to dampeners (galaxy)
en ens (galaxy) = emergency to aux)
sci = science team 1, hazard emitters 2
Could tank for a fair bit, but with it's rcs accelerators and saucer on, it was as slow as s sovereign's base turning rate. I switched to sovereign last night and it seems more combat effective in this setup.

I had a really good sovereign, used:
AP beams, and 2 quantum torps.
All AP tac consoles,
RCS accelerator, 2x anti-plasma armor, and EPS eng consoles
Borg sci console, and w/e console aids Hazard emitters.
My BO layout couldn't work in the current game environment, so I'll forego it (CD changes made it obsolete)
But this made me pretty tough to kill in elite STF's, and able to reasonably PvP.
Of course, in PvP you use anti-phaser armor, or nuetronium armor.
I prefer my oddy on my tac officer. II play with my fleet pvp and expert stf. We dont have too many issues unless we get a pug in stf that doesnt listen or we are teaching a new person. Just learn how to use what you like.
